Curry Leaves (Skin Leaf) – A Sprig
Ginger, chopped (ginger) – 2 tsp
Garlic, Chopped (Garlic) – 2 TSP
Green Chilli, Chopped (Hari Mirch) – 2 nos
Onion, Chopped (onion) – ¾ cup

Mix Together
Curd (दही) – 1 cup
Gram Flour (बेसन) – 1 tbsp

Turmeric (turmeric) – ½ tsp
Chilli Powder (Mirch Power) – 11⁄2 tsp
Coriander powder (coriander powder) – 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder (cumin powder) – 1½ tsp
Kasori Methi Powder (Kassuri methi) – £anshan TSP
