Dill pastry, probably the most scrumptious and indispensable dishes of Turkish delicacies, is essentially the most satisfying recipe to accompany tea hours.
Materials
- 200 g melted butter
- Half a glass of oil
- 2 eggs, one with yolk
- 3 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1.5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1 baking powder
- 4 cups flour
- Half bunch of dill
- A small bowl of feta cheese
Preparation
We add melted butter, oil, yoghurt, egg, vinegar, sugar and salt into the kneading bowl and knead effectively.
We throw within the dill and cheese, knead it once more, form it and bake it at 180 levels till it turns golden brown.
