A fast, refreshing watermelon snack for connoisseurs of shiny summer time and strange dishes.
The concept is similar as in my favourite beet carpaccio and tomato carpaccio.
In the south, watermelons should not solely a dessert 🙂 One of the favourite pickles of Rostovites — watermelons pickled with mustard, so this appetizer will not be so unique.
Follow the hyperlinks: pickled watermelons and chilly watermelon gazpacho soup, I wholeheartedly suggest each of those recipes!

How to organize a watermelon appetizer with smooth cheese, balsamic and nuts, shiny, summery, easy and quick, uncommon and really tasty
The mixture of sentimental cheeses with fruits (pears, figs, apples, grapes) and any nuts is conventional and very talked-about in cooking.
Fruits and berries add freshness to cheeses, and nuts (particularly walnuts, almonds and cashews) add a lightweight nutty aroma and spotlight the fragile texture of the cheese.
Cut a fair thick slice of watermelon, take away the seeds. I counsel you to start out with a small portion, precisely half a slice, the recipe is kind of authentic, strive it, what when you don’t prefer it?
Cut into small items.
Chop the nuts, I’ve cashews and almonds. Slice the cheese. Here, be guided by your style, I prefer it spicy, with salty cheese, I exploit feta cheese, simply take the smooth one, in brine. If you respect a delicate and delicate style, a cheese like ricotta is best. For followers of beautiful mixtures, I like to recommend taking blue cheeses, Camembert, Brie, Gorgonzola, Dorblu, Roquefort.
In basic, try to experiment.
Sprinkle the watermelon items with nuts and add cheese.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and liquid honey.
Ready! Fast, easy, refreshing!
A watermelon appetizer with feta cheese, nuts, balsamic vinegar and honey will not be solely uncommon, but in addition indecently scrumptious!
Bon appetit!
