I love cauliflower! My mother cooked him earlier. I loved it. Today I cook cauliflower in many variations and this recipe for a potato and flower cavity is always happy to base it. It is easy, tastes delicious and fills everyone.

Ingredients for potato flower cavity for 4 people

  • 600 g potatoes (solid -cooking)
  • 1 small cauliflower (approx. 600 g)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 150 ml milk

Notes

Tip1: Replace the cauliflower with broccoli or leek, that is very tasty.

TIP2: Vegan does the casserole by replacing the cream (e.g. oat cream), milk (e.g. oat milk) and the cheese with vegetable alternatives and instead of the eggs stirs some thickness with water.
