Aldi Brings Back Sundae Shoppe Stroopwafel Ice Cream Sandwiches

Aldi’s Sundae Shoppe Stroopwafel Ice Cream Sandwiches are a limited-time offering, and after a seasonal hiatus, the delectable treat is finally back in stores—and fans are already hyped. These ice cream sandwiches, which tend to hit shelves in spring and summer, feature creamy vanilla ice cream between two soft, caramel-filled stroopwafel cookies. A stroopwafel is a near-perfect cookie on its own, and yet Aldi’s combo creates the perfect balance of cool indulgence and buttery sweetness for the ideal summer treat.
