 Ingredients

  • 1 medium red apple
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1½ teaspoons immediate dry yeast
  • ¼ cup castor sugar
  • 2 cups refined flour (maida) + for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup melted butter + for brushing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1½ cups milk + for brushing

  • ⅓ cup tender butter
  • 2 tablespoons castor sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar + for sprinkling
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Method

  1. Peel and core the apple, minimize it into small items, switch right into a blender jar and mix to a high-quality puree.
  2. Transfer the puree right into a bowl, add immediate dry yeast and castor sugar and blend nicely.
  3. Sift refined flour, salt and cinnamon powder into a big bowl. Add melted butter and apple combination and walnuts and blend nicely. Add milk and knead right into a tender dough.
