  • teaspoon Cayenne pepper (the more the merrier!)
  • 1 teaspoon Finely chopped ginger root
  • cup Rice vinegar or mirin (mirin is a 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari soy sauce
