How to Make Bihari Kabab: English – Urdu Recipe

INGREDIENTS:-

  1. Bonless beef🐄 cube (without bone cow cubes cubes) – 2 lbs (~ 1 kg)
  2. Shan Bihari Kabab Masala – ½ packet
  3. Ginger🫚, garlic🧄 (ginger, garlic paste) – 2 tbsp
  4. ONS🧅 (🧅 kachchi onion) – 2 medium sized (of middle size)
  5. Crushed Red Chili Pepper🌶 (Kitty red pepper) – 1 Tbsp
  6. Cumin seeds powder (powder) – 1 TSP
  7. Yogurt (yogurt) – 2 tbsp
  8. Salt🧂 (🧂نمک) To Taste
  9. CHARCOAL (Coal) – 2 Pieces
  10. Spring Roll Wrapppers (Spring Rolls Strip) – 1 Packet

Keto Beef Nihari

INSTRUCTIONS:-

  • Take a boowl🥣 add boneless beef🐄 cubes (without bone cow cubes), then add all the spices (spices) and Marinate (marnet) it for 24 hours in the refrigerator (refrigerator)
  • 24 Hours Later Bring The Boneless Beef🐄 Cubes (Bone Cow Cubes) Bring It to a Room Temperture (room temperature) and give a smoke.
  • Take Onions🧅 (🧅 kachchi onion) and chopped finally (finely chopped).
  • Turn the flame🔥 to medium-heat. Take a pot and add oil🛢 (nausea) Add finally chopped (finely chopped) Onions🧅 (s) and sauté it lightly browned, then add the boneless beef🐄 cubes (without bone cow cubes cubes). Cook until the water💦 (💦 water) is dried up.
  • Turn the flame🔥 off. Give smoke again.
  • Take the Spring Roll Wrapppers (Spring Rules Strip) Put 1 Tbsp of the Mixture and Make the Roll.
  • Take a wok (کڑاہی) add the oil🛢 (🛢تیل) and Preheat the oil🛢 (🛢تیل) to MEDIUM-HEAT flame🔥.
  • Fry the rolls until golden brown. Once golden brown remove it on a paper towel.
  • Served with ketchup (ketchup), tamarind chutney (tamarind sauce), or raita (ryeta)
  • Enjoy (fun, enjoyed).
