How to cook perfect Brown Rice

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled brown rice – 2 cups
  2. Boiled black chickpeas – 1 1/2 cup
  3. Oil – 1 tbsp
  4. Onion – 1/4 cup chopped
  5. Whole garam masala – 1 tbsp (star anise 1, black cardamoms 2, cumin seeds 1 tsp, dry coriander 1 tsp, cloves 3, black pepper 4 to 5, cinnamon stick 1)
  6. Tomato – 1
  7. Green chillies – 2 to 3
  8. Salt – to taste
  9. Fresh coriander

Method:

Keto Spicy Cauliflower Rice

  • Heat up oil in a pan, sauté onion, add whole masala, stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato, green chillies and fry along with some water.
  • Add chickpeas and fry well.
  • Then add boiled brown rice and fresh coriander, mix and cook on very low flame for 5 minutes.
