Cheesecake Dip, a light and refreshing summer dessert made with only 4 ingredients. It’s a fantastic last-minute treat that is perfect for dipping biscuits/ cookies / pretzels or fruit, and it can be whipped up for any party, BBQ, potluck or picnic. Family-friendly, and ready in just 5 minutes, this sweet cream cheese dip is absolutely delicious.

If you like a classic cheesecake recipe, you will absolutely love this cheesecake dip, which is as delicious, but even quicker and easier to put together. A cheesecake dip is basically a cheesecake filling minus the biscuit / cracker base.

And the best thing about it is that it can be enjoyed straight away, no need to wait for it to settle, all you need it one bowl, and job done! It really can’t get any better than that.

Summer is all about recipes that can be whipped up quickly, and ideally without having to turn the oven on, after all it’s hot enough outside as it is. And this no-bake treat ticks all the boxes here.

I opted for a simple, but classic vanilla flavour, but you can go as fancy as you wish, any flavour that you’d like in a cheesecake can be used here: lemon, chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, caramel, you name it!

It really is the best dessert recipe for summer entertaining and board grazing. I served mine with shortcake cookies, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries, but it can also be part of a more elaborate charcutterie board.
