1 whole bottle tequila
¼ cup coarse salt
½ tsp Marion’s Kitchen Chilli Oil (for salt rim)
Cocktail:
60ml (2 oz) chilli oil-infused tequila
30ml (1 oz) orange liqueur (e.g. Cointreau, Triple Sec, or Grand Marnier)
22–30ml (0.75–1 oz) freshly squeezed lime juice
Chilli coarse salt, for rimming
Lime wedge or wheel, to garnish (optional)
