How to Make Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. Ready made ravioli – 600 gm
  2. Butter – 2 tbsp
  3. Minced – 1 tbsp
  4. All Purpose Flour – 1 Tbsp
  5. Milk – 1 1/4 cup
  6. Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  8. Dried Oregano – 3/4 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Cream – 1 cup

Method:

  • Cook the Ravioli according to the package instruction (I boiled for 3 minutes) drain and save the pasta water.
  • Heat up the butter in a pan, sauté garlic until it starts to change colour and add flour and fry for 1 to 2 minutes
  • Then add pasta water and mix well and lump free.
  • Then add pepper powder and oregano. Mix it well.
  • Add milk and chilli flakes, cook until it thickens, stirring continuously.
  • Then add cream and stir well.
  • Add ravioli and mix gently.
  • Garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, serve hot.
