Crispy multi-layer lachha paratha

Hari Chutney Recipe: English – Urdu
Ingredients:
- Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Plain flour – 3 1/2 cups
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
Coconut Flour Keto Paratha
Method:
- Add milk, sugar, salt, flour and ghee in a bowl and make soft dough. Apply some oil and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions, make balls and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out one ball, apply ghee and dry flour, fold from both sides and set aside.
- Roll out second ball and apply ghee and flour, fold from one side and place previous folded sheet on top of this folded sheet, then fold the second sheet from other side as shown in the video.
- Make cylinder shape and cut into 2 parts. You will have 2 parathas at one time.
- Prepare rest and give them rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out gradually and place on hot skillet, apply ghee and cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with chai, achar or mint chutney.
