Cucumber

I like to take large salad or snake cucumbers for cucumber salad- you get them in every supermarket. It gets a little more delicious when you take little snack or mini cucumber. Due to the lower water content, they are even more flavor -intensive.

Yogurt and lemon

Natural yogurt with 3.8% fat makes the dressing wonderfully creamy. To do this, we use fresh lemon juice instead of vinegar – that gives the salad a special kick.

Classic cucumber salad – that’s how it works

  1. Cut. First of all, you sneak the cucumbers into slices. To do this, use a knife or a plane for the very fine version.

Storage: If you only want to eat the salad the next day, it is worth removing the seeds or letting the cucumbers pull with a little salt for 30 minutes and then releasing the liquid. So the dressing does not water in the fridge.
