Kiara Advani can be seen in War 2 and one of the standout moments is her sizzling bikini sequence.
It is her first-ever onscreen bikini appearance, but how did Kiara achieve her stunning figure?
Her physical transformation was backed by a sustainable diet rich in protein and fresh produce, carefully designed to support strength and endurance.
Kiara’s nutritionist, Nicole Linhares Kedia, revealed the details behind the actress’ meal plan and wellness routine.
Nicole explained: “When Kiara spoke to me for her prep, the goal was clear: to be in the best shape of her life for her first-ever bikini shot on screen.
“She didn’t want shortcuts. She wasn’t looking for a crash diet or a quick fix.
“She wanted something sustainable, holistic and something that made her feel strong.”
Kiara’s day began with a protein-packed breakfast.
Nicole said: “Her mornings always started with her non-negotiable protein pancakes.
“They were made with oat flour, walnut flour, protein powder, maple syrup or monk fruit, and water, topped with fresh berries and homemade hazelnut butter.”
For lunch or dinner, her meals featured grilled chicken or chicken curry paired with baby potatoes, asparagus, avocado, and raw vegetable crudites.
Nicole added: “We kept her meals light but high in protein and tailored them closely to her training and shoot schedule.”
A standout element of Kiara’s diet was sattu chaas, a traditional cooling drink made from water, coriander, cumin powder, and roasted Bengal gram flour.
The nutritionist said: “As a natural electrolyte drink, it helped her stay hydrated and increase her protein intake during long hours in the sun or after working out.”
Nicole highlighted that Kiara’s diet relied on familiar foods that supported digestion, energy levels, and emotional well-being.
“Nothing was overly complicated. Better performance in the gym and in front of the camera was all connected to balanced diets.”
Sleep and recovery were equally important.
“We were intentional about setting a circadian rhythm, ensuring she got adequate rest.
“Everything, her meal timings, training windows, and even caffeine intake, was structured around this rhythm.
“With her demanding shoot schedule and training simultaneously, her body needed recovery, and building a strong sleep-wake routine helped us optimise everything else. She was in bed by 8 pm.
“Her dedication and discipline was commendable.”
On whether Kiara’s diet was centred on weight loss or muscle toning, Nicole said “both”.
She added: “With a strong focus on muscle retention and building. The goal wasn’t just weight loss, it was about looking sculpted, strong, and camera-ready.”
This involved a “heavy emphasis on high protein intake with adequate fibre to digest it, supported by resistance training, swimming as active recovery and carefully planned cardio”.
The combined approach helped Kiara Advani achieve a ripped, toned look while staying fuelled and functional during long working hours.
