- Rapple cabbage. First you rapy the cabbage. Rubbing, herb flags or the Raspel attachment of your food processor are suitable for this.
- Mix the dressing. Now you mix all the ingredients for herbal salad dressing in a small bowl.
- Mix. Finally, knead cabbage and dressing for a few minutes until the herb becomes soft. Add onions and sparkling water, done.

- 600 g White cabbage
- 1 small Onion
For the dressing:
- 70 g Zucker
- 20 g Salt
- ½ TL ground black pepper
- 175 ml Herbal vinegar Alternatively white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 75 ml oil e.g. sunflower oil
- 400 ml Sparkling water

Clean the white cabbage and cut into thin, bite -sized strips or plan. Put in a large bowl. Cut the onion into thin strips.
