Balance Ball Bench
Sumo Squats 1 set flat footed, 1 set on toes per circuit
Bicep Curl with medicine ball
Bent Over Row
Abs
Triceps extensions with medicine ball (no photo)
Shoulder press (no photo)
We are doing each exercise for 30 seconds and repeating the complete circuit 3-5 times for now. I know Gabe is planning to add more torture soon. I say “Bring It”.
