Holly and I worked out and Gabe flaked out! What a great workout though!! I do have to give Gabe credit, he came up with this circuit. Too bad he can’t hang. Anyway, this one is tough but you feel GREAT after your done.
So start with bench press on the ball, squats, triceps, lunges, farmers walk, run in place, step ups, and last sit-ups. Oh yeah hurdles too, how did I forget those? Like I said tough but rewarding. Do each for 3 minutes. This one is done in time increments not reps. 😊 Can’t wait till tomorrow!!!
