Very tacky and spicy. Good flavors mixed. Love the feel of the cauliflower. We assume this could work with frozen cauliflower florets, simply thawed and skip the pre-baking step. Plenty spicy for buffalo, but it surely’s not too scorching. This isn’t vegetarian due to the bacon, however it’s gluten-free!
