Written recipe for Egg Rolls:
1 rooster breast (chopped finely) or pork
1 pack of egg roll wrappers
1 carrot, diced
3 cups chopped cabbage
Avocado or vegetable oil
Salt
White pepper powder
Light soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil
More sauce (Duck sauce)
1. Heat up oil to excessive warmth. Brown the meat until it’s frivolously brown. Season with a pinch of salt and white pepper.
2. Add cabbage and carrot. Combine and stir. Cook about 3 minutes.
3. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix nicely.
4. Finish with sesame oil.
5. Let the filling cool off.
6. Wrap egg rolls (following my steps within the video).
7. Fry them until golden brown (deep frying, pan frying or air frying). Serve with plum sauce.
(For remainder of the egg rolls, retailer them in a zipper bag and freeze them)
