Ingredients

  • 2 cups refined flour (maida) + for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon castor sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Garlic mayonnaise as required
  • Red chilli chutney as required
  • Shredded cabbage as required
  • Grilled rooster items as required
  • Pickled beetroot slices as required
  • French fries as required

Method

  1. Take 1 cup water in a bowl, add prompt dry yeast, salt and castor sugar and blend properly.
  2. Take refined flour in a big bowl, make a properly within the centre and pour the yeast combination into it and blend properly with a wood spoon until every thing is properly mixed. Add milk and knead along with your hand to a comfortable dough. Add oil and proceed to knead until easy. Cover with a humid muslin material and put aside to show for 1-1½ hours.  
  3. Knock again the dough, knead it flippantly, divide the dough into equal medium parts and form every portion right into a ball.
  4. Dust the worktop with some flour, place every dough ball on it and roll it right into a disc of medium thickness.
  5. Heat a tawa, place a disc on it and prepare dinner on medium warmth for two minutes. Flip and prepare dinner the opposite facet, urgent it gently with a thick material, for two minutes or until it puffs up. Take it off the tawa and place it on a plate. 
  6. Spread some garlic mayonnaise on every khaboos and prime it with pink chilli chutney. Place some shredded cabbage, topped with grilled rooster items, pickled beetroot slices and French fried. Roll the khaboos, wrap it in a tissue paper and serve instantly.
