Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis 
  • 1-2 lemongrass stalks
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2-3 tea baggage
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Ice cubes as required

Method

  1. To make sugar syrup, roughly chop lemongrass stalks and switch right into a deep pan. Add sugar and 1½ cups water and convey it to a boil. Continue to cook dinner for 6-8 minutes. Strain right into a jar and permit to chill fully.
